- Participate in creation for High level and Low-level Architecture for customers on Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP, Huawei cloud)
- Apply Cloud Adoption Framework and best practices.
- Engage in troubleshooting and solving complex issues.
- Application modernization and design microservices
- Design and Implement Kubernetes workload.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and create infrastructure as a code for the customer environment.
- Configure observability according to customer needs.
- Develop customized Dashboards for Visualizing performance and capacity.
- Meet operational SLAs and respect contractual agreements.
- Provide analysis on best practices, security, costs and optimization.
- Participate in customer operation calls and providing continuous operation consultation.
- Implement and operate FinOps practices.
- Provide ongoing guidance, support and knowledge to enhance team competencies.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience on at least one of the Hyperscalers (AWS – GCP – Azure – Huawei cloud)
- knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and IAC tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, Azure resource manager, etc..
- Good knowledge of operating Systems (Linux and MS)
- Excellent troubleshooting and innovative problem-solving abilities and the ability to act quickly.
- Understanding of cloud networking and security services and firewall management.
- Cloud Architect Certifications on at least one hyperscaler (AWS – GCP - Azure)
- ITIL Certification is a plus
- Understanding of structured text like JSON, YAML, and XML.
- Solid understanding of cloud practice for backup and DR deployments
- Scripting experience with Python, Java, GO, Perl, or etc.
- This role sometimes require working outside of business hours and during weekends..
