- Identify and research target accounts in international markets, focusing on technology-driven sectors.
- Develop outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to tailor account strategies and ensure smooth handover of opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and lead status in CRM systems.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to strengthen value propositions.
- Act as the first point of contact, delivering an excellent brand experience for prospects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, account development, or lead generation (preferably in SaaS/Tech).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an international mindset.
- Comfortable working with outreach tools, CRM platforms, and digital prospecting techniques.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for technology and global business.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
