Everything To Gain is looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. You will work closely with various departments, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales tools.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in marketing or a related role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Proven email and content marketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media metrics, etc.) is a plus.
