- Lead complex technical investigations and architectural reviews. for Multi-cloud implementation projects for New Managed Services customers on “Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Flexible Engine and VMware”.
- Help maximizing team efficiency through Automation and DevOps.
- Act as L3 support for the full lifecycle of cloud platforms BUILD/RUN.
- Lead complex migrations for various platforms to CAV and Hyperscaler.
- Provides advanced support for backup solutions and collaborate with vendors “Native backup service, NetBackup, Commvault and Veeam”.
- Provide expert support in OS and Middleware: Windows AD, DNS, Apache, IIS, Postfix and Tomcat.
- Supporting complex changes that may result in changing the design or nonstandard changes.
- Lead escalated major incidents and crises to drive permanent solutions and validate Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Provide technical guidance and support to L2 team members.
- Deliver upskill program and mentorship team members.
- Design and enforce cloud platform best practices, including provisioning, monitoring, backup, and security standards.
- Drive technical change management processes and attend CABs meeting.
- Review and validate the TDA's design based upon customer requirement through HLD and LLD.
- Support internal audits and compliance assessments related to cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: SME, TDA, WLS, and PM/SDM.
- Accountable for maintaining and validating the documentation for operational processes, troubleshooting guides, architectural diagrams and technical discussions with customers.
- In-depth knowledge in cloud platforms: “Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI and VMware”.
- Cloud Solutions Architect professional certification is a must.
- Deep expertise in Automation and DevOps: K8s, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform and Gitlab.
- Expert level in OS and Middleware: Windows AD, DNS, Apache, IIS, Postfix and Tomcat.
- At least +7 years experience working in a large, enterprise environment working.
- Excellent Command of the English Language.
- The French Language is a plus.
- Customer Oriented Attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Very Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer, Communication or Electronics MIS, B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.
- SoftSkill/Business Courses & Certification “time management, negotiation/communication skills...” are recommended.
