Job DescriptionAn international organization in the sustainable food sector is looking to appoint a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to spearhead its global growth strategy and lead market expansion across international regions-including the U.S., Europe, and beyond.This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with deep experience in agri-food, commercial transformation, and building high-performing, cross-border teams.Key Responsibilities Include:✅ Driving commercial strategy across sales, marketing, and business development
✅ Leading P&L optimization, pricing strategy, and market-specific innovation
✅ Overseeing new product launches, positioning, and customer engagement
✅ Partnering across supply chain, R&D, and digital to align go-to-market plans
✅ Building strong B2B/B2C and trade relationships internationally
✅ Leading the adoption of AI tools to enhance commercial performanceIdeal Profile:✅ Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
✅ 20+ years of commercial experience, with 7+ years in executive leadership
✅ Proven success in global markets (especially U.S. and Europe); GCC experience is a plus
✅ Agri-food industry background (juices, concentrates, or IQF) is essential
✅ Strong expertise in commercial strategy, pricing, P&L, and market analysis
