Precast Erector / Precast Installer (Abu Dhabi)

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training in construction or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in precast concrete erection, installation, or a similar construction role.
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete properties, handling procedures, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in construction environments.
• Experience with rigging, lifting, and the use of heavy machinery is a plus.
• Excellent physical stamina and strength, able to perform manual labor and heavy lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
