- Supervise and coordinate engineering teams on various projects
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Analyze technical problems and provide innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Review and approve engineering designs and drawings
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations
- Implement and maintain quality control processes
- Manage resource allocation and optimize team performance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of engineering experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role
- Strong project management skills and experience leading engineering teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, safety protocols, and quality control processes
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Egypt
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
