- Design and create intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and appealing designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve upon designs based on feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design intent effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to ensure the company’s design quality continually evolves.
- Manage and maintain design systems to establish consistency across all products.
- Support product teams in defining user stories and accept design feedback positively and constructively.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects.
- Degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly designs.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Experience with responsive and mobile design.
- Familiarity with front-end development practices (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.
