Senior Accountant

- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax laws, VAT, and relevant regulatory reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes
- Supervise and develop the accounting team; assign tasks and review deliverables
- Handle financial audits and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and payment cycles
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for financial planning and cost alignment
- Maintain accurate records of imports, customs duties, and asset capitalization
- Generate financial reports for management and investors
- Implement internal controls and risk management policies
- Assist in ERP (Odoo/Microsoft Dynamics) system integration and optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CMA, or equivalent is preferred
- At least 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the automotive or import/export sector is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

- High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential data
- Strong team management and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with financial modelling and scenario planning
