- Accurately translate a broad range of legal documents, including but not limited to contracts, terms and conditions, legal opinions, constitutional documents (e.g., Articles of Association, Commercial Register, Certificate of Incorporation), and board resolutions, from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Ensure all translations retain the legal meaning, context, and tone of the original documents.
- Review and edit translations produced by others for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure translated documents align with legal and business requirements.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in legal translation (English and Arabic).
- Native or near-native fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and concepts in both languages.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
