Job Description :Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Partner Success Associate to join our team. This role is critical in supporting user operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating logistics with couriers. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and committed to delivering high-quality service to our users.Key Responsibilities1- Data Collection & Documentation:Collect and verify user data through phone communication and in-person visits when necessary.Organize and upload required documents to ensure all records are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal standards.2- Executive Operations:Manage users flagged at risk level with a focus on careful follow-up and accuracy.Update and maintain users’ bank and salary information in compliance with internal approval processes.3- Courier Coordination:Coordinate with couriers for document delivery and collection.Track and follow up on courier status to ensure timely task completion.Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or partner success roles is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data securely.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
