Application Process:Step 1 – Application FormWhen you apply for the Gen-D Graduate Program, you’ll complete an application form so we can get to know you and your background. As part of your application, you’ll also answer pre-screening questions to fully complete your submission.Step 2 – Online AssessmentIf your background and experience match the requirements, you’ll be invited to the online assessment stage, which includes:

Video Interview.
Technical Online Assessments – For relevant functions, demonstrate your technical abilities through role-specific tests.

Step 3 – Onsite Assessment CenterTop candidates will be invited to our Assessment Center, which includes group activities and interviews. This is your opportunity to collaborate & problem-solve.If you’re curious, driven, and ready to make your mark, Gen-D is your launchpad.We’re looking for a Partnerships Graduate to join our Gen-D Program and gain hands-on experience in expanding our merchant network and building strong, long-term partnerships.
