You will work closely with the Finance/Accounting Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budget management, and compliance with all financial regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions- Monitor and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for management- Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures- Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor budget variances- Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with all audit requirements- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions- Mentor and train junior accounting staff- Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance/Accounting ManagerQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role- CPA or other relevant accounting certification is preferred- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Prior experience in [insert industry/field] is a plusSAP UserIf you are a dedicated and results-driven individual with a passion for finance and accounting, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
