- Assist in monthly closure process and financial reporting package for Egypt Entities.
- Submit the required disclosures and reports on a monthly basis.
- Ensure financial reporting processes and required reconciliations for all Accounts comply with statutory requirements, company policies, internal controls, and finance objectives.
- Review the TB to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the balance being posted through Finance Team.
- Prepare Balance Sheet accounts comparison to identify unlogic deviations.
- Prepare P&L accounts comparison to identify unlogic deviations and provide a significant fluctuation justification for each item of expenses - Cost centers expenses comparison to identify unlogic expenses for each cost center.
- Full recording of accrual of the unreceived vendors invoices for certain delivered services - prepare accrual sheet for all unrecorded liabilities & clearance for the account.
- Full recording of required Provision and review the movement.
- Run the amortization for all prepaid Accounts on a Monthly basis.
- Clear all Balance Sheet Accounts once an offset value is posted.
- Book Payroll entries for all Entities on monthly basis.
- Participated in annual audit with external auditors to issue the statutory Financial Statements.
- Satisfying the government, tax authority and compliance requirements on time.
- Bachelor's of Commerce, English Section is the must.
- SAP knowledge is a plus and preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience (preferably pharmaceuticals Industry).
- Proper knowledge and application of IFRSs & EASs.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- High degree of accuracy & efficiency.
