In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our backend infrastructure, with a strong focus on driving operational excellence and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration, process efficiency, and infrastructure alignment across various services. Your expertise in backend systems will play a critical role in maintaining robust and scalable solutions that support our growing operations.Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend infrastructure to support scalable applications
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability
Collaborate with product teams to understand infrastructure requirements and provide solutions
Participate in architecture design and enhance system performance and scalability
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues
Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure management and deployment
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
+3 years of experience in backend development with a focus on infrastructure
Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as PHP, Python, or Node.js
Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and related tools
Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
Solid knowledge of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
Strong collaboration and communication skills
