A highly experienced Facility Manager responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational functions of buildings and infrastructure. This includes managing technical teams, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining operational efficiency across all facility systems (MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Elevators, etc.).Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day facility maintenance and operations activities.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil systems.
Monitor and control facility systems performance to ensure continuous and safe operations.
Lead and manage in-house technicians and external service providers/contractors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and local regulations.
Oversee troubleshooting and repair of systems to minimize downtime and disruption.
Manage facility inspections, audits, and certifications as required.
Coordinate renovation, refurbishment, and upgrade projects within the facility.
Manage energy consumption, sustainability initiatives, and asset lifecycle planning.
Prepare and manage budgets, maintenance reports, and performance KPIs.
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, clients, or internal departments regarding facility-related issues.
Ensure documentation and asset records are accurately maintained.
