Plan and implement maintenance and repair activities, applying your expertise to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance to uphold power station reliability and efficiency.
Develop and implement maintenance programs, proposing resources and monitoring progress to achieve targets.
Ensure all activities align with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and Siemens Energy standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities to support operational transparency and accountability.
Drive plant availability and customer satisfaction by adhering to maintenance work plans and plant procedures.

What You Bring

A solid background in mechanical engineering, with experience in power station environments.
At least 5-10 years of proven experience in power plant maintenance and repair activities.
Strong understanding of EHS regulations and commitment to safety standards.
Ability to set up and manage maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Excellent record-keeping skills to maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities.
Collaborative attitude, ready to contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on innovation and improvement.
