- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities in assigned regions or sectors.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
- Work closely with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
- Understand and interpret complex technical requirements, specifications, and tender documents.
- Lead negotiations on technical and commercial terms with customers and stakeholders.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Provide input for pricing strategies, cost estimations, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with marketing to identify customer trends and provide feedback for product development.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and its offerings.
- Keep updated records of activities and leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Mentor and support junior sales engineers as needed.
- University degree in Electrical Power Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in the field of sales preferred in panels, lighting, L.V components & smart solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Wide network with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required (local and/or international).
