Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Oversee and manage a team of SharePoint developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure optimal performance and development.Project Management:Lead and manage complex SharePoint development projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting project goals.Technical Expertise:Provide technical leadership and expertise on SharePoint development best practices, methodologies, and tools.Solution Architecture:Design and architect scalable, high-performance SharePoint solutions that align with business requirements.Development Oversight:Review and approve code, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.Vendor Management:Manage relationships with SharePoint vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring effective service delivery.Innovation:Identify opportunities for process improvement and technological advancements within the SharePoint environment.Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including business users, IT leadership, and project sponsors.RequirementsRequirements and skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SharePoint development.
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and development methodologies.
Proficiency in SharePoint Framework, PowerShell, and C#.
Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with web services and APIs.
Proven ability to lead and manage development teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced SharePoint certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate).
Experience with SharePoint migration and modernization projects.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with other Microsoft collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, OneDrive).
