Audit Documentation workPerform preventative maintenance service to machinery and equipment in a timely manner in line with the planning communicated by Manager.Check for problems on the equipment and/or infrastructure and organize the work, following the diagnosis of the problems found and estimated time to repair.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic assemblies, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operational manuals and manufacturer’s specifications.Identifies potential equipment failures and take preventive action.Propose solutions for improvement of the production toolsDocument maintenance repairs performed (e.g. complete worksheets, check the water meters) and complete technical records (e.g. managing technical documentation, executing electrical and mechanical drawings)Carry out all operations in compliance with all legal and Company policies and procedures, regarding EHS, storage, housekeeping.Guide, train and supervise technicians on executing maintenance tasks.EMPLOYEES SUPERVISEDNumber of direct reports: 4BUDGETARY/FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITYN/AMinimum RequirementsCertificate in BSc Electrical Engineering7-9 years’ experience in a similar role Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and Mechanical. Knowledge in 5S & Food safety, ISO Documentation knowledge.Hands-on experience in, utility equipment. Air Compressor, Chiller, Water Treatment, Boiler, Hot oil system, Scrubber, AHU, CIP system, Dust Extraction System. Experience in process equipment (Hygiene processing industry) is an added advantage.Able to read and interpret mechanical equipment drawings also to analyse and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic issuesAble to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams and P&ID for various processeson call during weekends in case of emergenciesPreferred RequirementsExperience in working pharma / Food industry.Having Electrical Supervisor’s License would be an added advantage.Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, willing to improve systems and to adapt to new technologies.Be able to respond to demands and to make decisions in a short period of time.Team-orientedAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksMust have organizational skillsPHYSICAL ENVIRONMENTHandling some corrosive chemicals or work with risky devicesExposure to hazard conditions (e.g. high temperatures, projections, chemical vapours)Required to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)SOFT SKILLSTroubleshooting skillsTeam PlayerHigh level of integrityAdaptabilityGood emergency responseGeneral Tool Usage Following safety instructionsH.B.
