Application Process:Step 1 – Application FormWhen you apply for the Gen-D Graduate Program, you’ll complete an application form so we can get to know you and your background. As part of your application, you’ll also answer pre-screening questions to fully complete your submission.Step 2 – Online AssessmentIf your background and experience match the requirements, you’ll be invited to the online assessment stage, which includes:

Video Interview.
Technical Online Assessments – For relevant functions, demonstrate your technical abilities through role-specific tests.

Step 3 – Onsite Assessment CenterTop candidates will be invited to our Assessment Center, which includes group activities and interviews. This is your opportunity to collaborate & problem-solve.If you’re curious, driven, and ready to make your mark, Gen-D is your launchpad.We’re looking for a UI/UX Design Graduate to join our Gen-D Program and gain hands-on experience in creating user-centered, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences. If you have a background in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD, we’d like to hear from you!Benefits
