Supervise loading operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures
Manage a team of loaders, providing guidance and training as needed
Coordinate with logistics and other departments to ensure timely and efficient operations
Inspect loading equipment and materials to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain accurate records of loading activities and report any discrepancies
Assist in the implementation of safety measures and oversee compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
Strong knowledge of loading operations and related equipment
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the loading industry
