Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites
Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
Create and execute comprehensive test plans for web, mobile, and API testing
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews for test automation scripts
Participate in requirement analysis and provide quality-focused input during planning
Establish and maintain testing best practices and standards

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
2+ years of hands-on test automation experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of professional QA experience
Previous experience in a senior or lead QA role preferred
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript)
Experience with test automation frameworks & tools (Robot Framework, Playwright, Pytest, Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar)
Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Knowledge of database testing and SQL queries

Preferred:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
Mobile testing experience (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest)
Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
Knowledge of security testing principles

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proactive approach to identifying and solving quality issues
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
