Responsible for supervising, managing, and executing civil construction works for hospital projects in accordance with drawings, specifications, and health and engineering standards. Ensures adherence to project schedules and quality requirements, coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.Key Responsibilities:

Review engineering drawings and specifications for hospital projects.
Supervise and ensure the quality of civil works in compliance with specifications and health standards.
Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure work progresses according to the schedule.
Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health standards on site.
Prepare and quantify required materials and follow up on procurement.
Participate in resolving technical issues during execution and propose solutions.
Prepare progress reports and submit them to management.
Ensure that works comply with Ministry of Health requirements and international medical facility design standards.
