- Act as level 1 escalation and engage crises management process if needed on that level.
- Work with management on team training plan.
- Accountable for technical integrity of the platform throughout the RUN lifecycle.
- Provides complex troubleshooting for major incidents and crisis
- Provides technical guidance and supervision for complex changes and attend CABs as subject matter expert
- Manages regular performance management reviews
- Coordinate technical audits involving internal and external contributors
- Manages Release deployment and upgrades for Infrastructure components
- Provides solution-specific technical knowledge to the support teams
- Makes technical decisions for platform organic growth based on Capacity Reports
- Develop and maintain technical best practices rules and guidelines for cloud provisioning to guarantee platform consistency and scalability
- Support with TDA and Engineering for design evolution and new projects extensions
- Support the pre-sales and project functions for platform extensions
- Member of key technical governance meetings related to the solution
- Work with management on service acceptance.
- Work on preparing Rosters for the team and handle changes through the month.
- Follow up on the team KPIs analysis and communicate to the team members ways to improve it.
- Provide technical assistance to the customer service management organization for the creation of the Root Cause analysis (RCA).
- Lead communication in complex situations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake any other reasonable task assigned by management.
