- Act as a trusted advisor to the Cluster General Manager and leadership teams, contributing to strategic planning and operational success through people initiatives.
- Shape and deliver a cohesive Talent & Culture strategy across both properties, aligned with Accor’s global priorities and regional frameworks.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract, assess, and hire top local and international talent in line with the hotels' operational needs and culture.
- Champion employer branding and local outreach to position the properties as employers of choice in the Marsa Alam region.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and growth by ensuring training programs, onboarding, and career development initiatives are in place and effectively delivered.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and skills enhancement in line with Accor Academy guidelines.
- Promote Accor’s Heartist® culture through meaningful engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Conduct regular engagement surveys and follow-up action plans to ensure team satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clear expectations, timely feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Foster a workplace culture that supports mental and physical wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, and work-life balance.
- Ensure all HR processes comply with local labor laws, Accor policies, and audit standards.
- Maintain accurate HR data and records, manage internal communications, and support disciplinary procedures when needed.
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role in hospitality.
- Experience in multi-property or cluster environments is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR practices in resort or remote locations.
- Proven ability to lead HR teams and engage diverse workforce communities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with Accor HR systems and tools preferred.
