You light the way.More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Manufacturing Finance Business Partner in 10th of Ramadan, Egypt with Signify.Partner with the Factory Manager and site leadership team to support operational and strategic decision-making through strong financial insight, business modelling, and scenario planning.Provide financial guidance on key factory initiatives, including investments, cost optimization, productivity improvements, and resource allocation (e.g. manpower planning, capex, and OPEX control).Lead and drive the factory’s financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, target setting), ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational targets.Monitor and analyze the factory’s financial performance (cost of goods, variances, efficiency metrics), identifying risks and opportunities, and driving corrective actions where needed.Collaborate with the Financial Controller on accounting, compliance, and statutory requirements related to factory operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Ensure strong financial governance and internal controls are in place at the factory level, taking ownership of financial integrity, ethics, and risk management.Sign off on the financial statements of the factory operational reporting units (ORUs) in scope.More about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Bachelor’s degree in Finance from a leading university; a Masters’ degree in Business Management would be preferredAt least 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Finance with a strong focus on Business Partnering.Customer Centricity in your approachAbility to take independent decisionsStrong problem solving and planning skillsGood relationship building skills and negotiationEverything we’ll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
