This role is essential in transforming market opportunities and innovative ideas into tangible nutraceutical products that align with Limitless Naturals' strategic vision and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Product Concept Development – Identify market opportunities through research and competitive analysis, define product concepts, and prepare detailed description sheets covering APIs, health claims, sourcing, and packaging.
Medical & Market Validation – Conduct literature reviews, medical screenings, global competitor analysis, and local market (IMS) evaluations to ensure product relevance and differentiation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align with R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Art, and Marketing teams to translate concepts into final deliverables, ensuring consistent product positioning and quality.
Project Management – Lead project kick-offs, create briefs and mood boards, track timelines, handle amendments, and document progress to deliver 4–6 new concepts per quarter.
Strategic Innovation – Monitor industry trends, explore new categories and delivery systems, and contribute to brand positioning within the Limitless Naturals portfolio.
Post-Launch Optimization – Support product performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement based on market feedback and sales results.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
Strong research and analytical capabilities.
Knowledge of FMCG pre-development lifecycle including design, packaging, and sourcing.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proven cross-functional collaboration abilities.
