Tender Engineer Work In Saudi Arabia

• Analyze and evaluate tender documents (RFQs, RFPs, ITBs) to understand project scope, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
• Prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals within required timelines.
• Coordinate with various internal departments (engineering, procurement, finance, legal) to gather necessary information for the bid.
• Estimate quantities, costs, and resources required for the project using drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and technical data.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company standards, and applicable regulations in all submissions.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification sessions with clients.
• Maintain records of past bids, pricing history, and supplier databases for future reference.
• Assist in the post-tender process such as clarifications, negotiations, and contract award preparation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance the quality of tenders submitted.
