We offer exciting opportunities to work on projects while pushing the boundaries of innovation and digitalisation in the construction industry.Join us and be part of shaping the future of construction.Job Summary - Power Apps SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer to lead the development of custom business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building Canvas and Model-driven apps and integrating them with Microsoft services and external data sources.Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
Integrate apps with SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, and external APIs
Build and automate workflows using Power Automate
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable applications
Troubleshoot and optimize app performance and usability
Manage solution deployment, documentation, and support
Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are met

Requirements:

4–7 years of experience in Power Apps and Power Platform
Strong knowledge of Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse
Experience with app lifecycle, versioning, and publishing
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Power Fx, and REST APIs is a plus
Ability to work independently and deliver projects with minimal supervision

Preferred:

Microsoft Certification in Power Platform (PL-100, PL-400)
Experience in agile environments and DevOps practices

Job Summary - Power BI SpecialistWe are looking for a Power BI Developer with solid data modeling and report development experience. The role involves working with business stakeholders to design dashboards and automate reporting processes to support data-driven decision-making.Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI
Perform ETL using Power Query (M) and create measures using DAX
Connect and transform data from multiple sources (SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)
Optimize performance of reports and manage data refresh schedules
Collaborate with users to identify KPIs and reporting needs
Implement Row-Level Security and governance standards
Document data models and support end-user training

Requirements:

4–7 years of Power BI development experience
Strong skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling
Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases
Experience with Power BI Service, gateways, and workspace management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

Microsoft Certification in Power BI (PL-300 or equivalent)
Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Data Lake, or other cloud data platforms
