- Ensure smooth employee experience for all employees and across all stages of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding.
- Oversee and lead end-to-end social insurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining effective relations with the Social Insurance Office and Labor Office.
- Manage medical claims, cooperating with external healthcare providers.
- Ensure full compliance with employees' files documents.
- Oversee and review employee contract renewals within the company, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Handle end-to-end processes with Shared Service Center in Sofia, including welcome communications, system onboarding, contract administration, welcome pack distribution, and regular system updates.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations or Administration.
- Operational experience in social insurance and labor law compliance, employee grievance handling, labor contract management, and personnel administration.
- Experience Office 365 for HR Operations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Workday and /or SAP will be a plus.
- University degree in Law will be a plus.
