- Lead discovery workshops to understand client business needs and objectives.
- Gather and document business requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning Salesforce capabilities with strategic business goals.
- Design and deliver scalable CRM solutions for mid-to-large enterprises.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce architecture and integration best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within agile environments.
- Define data mapping strategies and support data migration activities.
- Design and configure Salesforce components such as custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.
- Utilize Salesforce tools including Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and Apex.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations and delivering successful CRM solutions for mid-to-large enterprises.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities.
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and managing client relationships.
- Experience working in agile environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs) and data migration strategies.
- Ability to design solutions that involve data mapping, custom objects, custom fields workflows, and reports.
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder, and
- Apex.
