- Design and implement sales strategies that drive new business and account growth in the health insurance space.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and expansion.Open new doors through your network of decision-makers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Lead internal and external meetings to align on targets, proposals, and account strategies.
- Identify areas to improve sales operations and work with internal teams to implement them.
- At least 6–8 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on corporate or enterprise accounts.
- Proven success in selling health insurance products or services to corporate clients.
- A live network of corporate contacts that can be actively engaged.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts over time.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools (e.g., Zoho).
- Strong commercial acumen and presentation skills.
