- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with project management best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
- Support the development of project budgets and resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project engineering or management.
- Experience working in the Oil & Gas or construction industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
