- Stay updated on social media trends and propose creative content ideas.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry conversations to gather insights.
- Identify potential brand risks on social platforms and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in online discussions to build community and cultivate loyal followers.
- Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, PR, or similar.
- 1–2 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or community engagement.
- Strong familiarity with social media management tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
- Basic understanding of analytics.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
