- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and competition
- Oversee client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales service
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Must be an Egyptian national
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
