]Will assist a corporation's legal department in many facets of corporate law--from paperwork to court proceedings. Much time will be spent carrying out routine tasks such as updating company files, preparing legal contracts, reviewing documents, and giving legal assistance. They also may be called on to assist with company compliance issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES

]Proficiency in all litigation works from attending sessions, submitting documents, writing memos, filing lawsuits of all kinds, and dealing with and attending on behalf of the company before all types of courts, prosecutions, and police departments.
]Familiarity with all Egyptian laws, ministerial decisions, and judicial precedents, and sufficient ability to write legal papers and write all research on the topics requested.
]Proficiency in dealing with all government departments, government clearances, completing documents, and submitting applications.
]Experience in dealing with real estate registration missions, documentation, and taking legal procedures for registering real estate ownership in the real estate registry and being familiar with all relevant laws and ministerial decisions.
]Drafting, reviewing, and amending all types of public contracts that are required of him and to which the company is a party in a manner that guarantees the maximum legal protection for the company.
]Drafting and reviewing all types of real estate contracts from sale, rent, and exploitation to ensure and serve the main objectives and future expansions of the company.
]Preparing and sharing business reports and drafting them on the relevant programs.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in law (English section preferable)
from 2-4 years of experience.
License to practice law in the state you are working in.
Very good command of English.
Excellent Microsoft office.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
