- Provide technical leadership and strategic recommendations on best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, integrations, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
- Lead ServiceNow upgrades and new feature implementations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and team members.
- Work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure successful deployment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and ServiceNow advancements.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
- 10+ years of IT experience with senior-level roles.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes. • Expertise in workflow automation and integrations.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM and ITSM Pro, CAD preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in enterprise environments with multiple integration points.
