- Create test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee the execution of test cases and record test results.
- Analyze test data to identify defects and assess product quality.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Track and manage defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work closely with development teams to resolve issues and prevent regressions.
- Analyze defect data to identify trends and root causes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques.
- Experience in leading and managing testing teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Experience in the Business of Banking
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
- Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
