Location: Cairo, EgyptJob Summary:Our client is seeking an experienced Site Technical Office Manager to lead and supervise all technical office activities for high-speed rail station projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring project deliverables meet client specifications, and technical issues are resolved efficiently.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise technical office activities, including review and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.- Coordinate between design, construction, and procurement teams to ensure alignment and project progress.- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and compliance with client specifications.- Ensure proper document control and adherence to project procedures and codes.- Solve technical issues and provide support to project execution teams on-site.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in technical office management.- Proven experience in high-speed rail or mega infrastructure stations.- Strong technical knowledge in construction methods, specifications, and standards.- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.- Proficiency in:- AutoCAD- Primavera- MS Office- Document control systems
