Job Summary:As an AI Data Engineer-AI&ML Systems, you’ll work closely with our Chief of AI to build the foundational data infrastructure powering a new AI product while also helping deliver data-driven solutions to clients across industries like retail, professional services, finance, and logistics. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building clean, scalable data systems and wants to grow into machine learning and AI over time.Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust data pipelines across batch and streaming systems
Structure and transform data from diverse sources (e.g., databases, APIs, unstructured files)
Define and manage scalable data infrastructure using tools like Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow
Support the AI development process with clean, reliable, and production-ready datasets
Contribute to AI-enabled client solutions, focusing on data quality, traceability, and integration
Help define best practices and reusable foundations for AI/data delivery projects

Requirements:

Have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
Fluency in the English language is a must
4+ years of experience in building production-grade data pipelines and infrastructure
4+ years of experience in Python and SQL, and comfortable working with Spark or similar frameworks
Experienced with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable alternatives.

Comfortable working with Dash, Streamlit, Jupyter notebooks, and data visualization tools for prototyping and delivery is preferred
Care deeply about data quality, lineage, and performance in real-world deployments
Want to collaborate cross-functionally with ML engineers and product teams
Have some exposure to ML workflows or want to deepen your AI/ML skillset over time
