- Lead independent discovery workshops to capture client requirements, technical constraints, and integration needs.
- Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Revenue, and Industry Clouds).
- Define data models, automation strategies (Flows, Apex, LWC), and security frameworks that meet enterprise standards.
- Recommend integration approaches (API-led, real-time, MuleSoft, ETL, external APIs, AppExchange).
- Independently build, configure, and maintain Salesforce demo orgs with tailored client scenarios.
- Develop Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) showcasing not just Salesforce features, but combined solutions with external technologies (AI/ML, NLP, Chatbots, Analytics, Document Processing, IoT).
- Experiment with Einstein, Data Cloud, Generative AI, and external AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) to build innovative demo products.
- Maintain a library of reusable demo assets and accelerators (industry-specific templates, data models, integration connectors).
- Drive internal innovation sprints, prototyping new product ideas that can evolve into packaged offerings or accelerators.
- Own technical response sections for RFPs/RFIs, compliance matrices, integration strategies, and architecture proposals.
- Produce architecture diagrams, SOWs, technical annexes, and effort estimations.
- Deliver solution presentations and demos that combine Salesforce with external innovation layers to highlight differentiation and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, ecosystem accelerators, and emerging tech (AI, APIs, DevOps, Data platforms).
- Contribute to building internal innovation playbooks (e.g., AI-enabled customer service flows, predictive lead scoring models, cross-cloud accelerators).
- Act as a technical evangelist, demonstrating how Salesforce + external technologies create unique, future-ready solutions.
- 3+ years in Salesforce consulting, technical pre-sales, or solution prototyping.
- Proven ability to independently build Salesforce demo orgs, POCs, and technical showcases.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, data models, and security models.
- Hands-on with:
- Flows, Apex, LWC.
- Integration approaches (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, middleware, ETL).
- External APIs and AI/ML tools.
- Demonstrated experience preparing technical proposals, SOWs, and architecture documentation.
- Salesforce Certifications: App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, or Technical Architect track.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex, Einstein AI, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset), DevOps automation, and reusable accelerators.
- Experience prototyping productized solutions (e.g., packaged demos, reusable apps, or AppExchange-ready products).
