Education: University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Business Administration or equivalent experience in a related discipline Deep experience from service delivery, sales and project management, complemented with experience from solution, sourcing & supply Ability to understand a complex organization Strong communicator and ability to motivate and engage to empower and develop culture, competence and skills Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and creating synergies Capability to have high level customer interaction, building trust People leadership, senior capability in managing large organizations Capability to work with process, tools and methods across Operations Thought leadership in identifying short and long term priorities in order to support business needs Having at least 10 years experience on network operations, planning or engineering.
