To develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for engineering, procurement, and construction projects by analyzing technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements, supporting the company’s bidding and budgeting processes.Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze project tender documents, technical drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Work closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather data and validate estimates.
Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Develop cost breakdown structures and pricing models for proposals.
Support project planning by providing input on budget forecasts and value engineering options.
Assist in the preparation of commercial and technical proposals.
Conduct risk analysis to account for uncertainties in cost estimation.
Maintain a database of cost information and historical data for reference.
Prepare and present cost estimation reports to management for review and approval.
