- Plans & ensures marketing support to ensure achievement of agreed top line and bottom-line targets.
- Ensures optimal utilization and control of Adpro budget.
- Ensures development and implementation of marketing mix elements for each product, and ensuring Alignment of the same with overall Category and Business/ Marketing Plans. This would cover
- Develops long term and short-term Category Strategy
- Ensures optimal utilization of agency resources (Market research agencies, Advertising agencies, Adbur, Media Agencies,
- Sourcing of new agencies
- Ensures development of Market research briefs and interpreting research findings.
- Sales analysis both primary and secondary, territory, ORG reports.
- Competition / consumer tracking.
- Media tracking
- Profitability tracking
- Enables team members to sharpen their key competencies.
- Manages, motivates and develops team members.
- MBA is a must (preferably in Marketing & Sales, Business Administration, or related field).
- Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 8 years in a Head of Marketing or equivalent senior leadership role.
- Strong background in FMCG or pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of the Egyptian FMCG/pharma market and consumer trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
