- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target industries.
- Utilize various tools, databases, and social media platforms for lead identification.
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Communicate with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in our products/services.
- Initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media interactions.
- Craft compelling messaging to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads through consistent follow-up.
- Provide relevant information and resources to educate leads about our products/services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and align lead generation efforts with sales strategies.
- Ensure seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and conversion rates.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales development is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
