Department: Enabling Technology, Digital & Technology Platform Services.Location: Egypt, Cairo.RBAC Technical Lead Will take ownership of designing and implementing robust authorization models that support enterprise-wide identity and access management (IAM/CIAM) strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical authorization solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance, documentation, and system optimization. You'll design role- and policy-based access control frameworks (RBAC/ABAC), implement changes across integrated systems, and contribute to continuous improvements through agile delivery.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze and interpret business requirements into technical specifications for authorization design (roles, entitlements, access rules).

Design scalable, secure, and maintainable authorization models (e.g., RBAC/ABAC/Policy-based access).

Implement changes to roles and permissions in close collaboration with development and integration teams.

Explore system capabilities and stay informed on IAM/CIAM trends to drive continuous improvement and enhance system performance.

Review and validate technical impacts of authorization changes across connected systems and user journeys.

Actively participate in agile projects, taking ownership of topics related to IAM/CIAM governance.

Ensure documentation of technical implementations, dependencies, and test results.

Ensure audit compliance in areas of responsibility.

Support the onboarding of new applications into IAM/CIAM systems via AD, AAD integration, or REST API connections.

Investigate and propose solutions to challenges within the access control domain.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

University degree in Information Technology Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant

Minimum of 3 years of experience in identity and access management domains.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP RBAC design and implementation

Experience with Omada and Microsoft applications advantage

A professional designation (i.e. Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator) is an advantage

Identity and Access Management systems architecture and integrations.

User access management processes and automation of access provisioning via AD/AAD or REST API

Design and execution of authorization models

Technical savvy with analytical skills and ability to proactively lead complex tasks to resolution.

An unwavering desire to follow and enforce policies

English fluency verbal and written communication is a MUST.
