We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle and shape our growing workforce. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional to develop and execute HR strategies that enhance talent acquisition, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. You will report directly to the CEO and have a significant impact on our organizational success.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and full-cycle hiring processes for all roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to optimize time-to-fill and quality of hire.
- Manage and improve the new hire onboarding and orientation experience.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, providing conflict resolution and mediation.
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and HR best practices.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct compensation analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Egyptian labor law and all relevant regulations.
- Oversee and manage employee attendance, absence records, and disciplinary actions related to dismissals.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of working hours, leaves, and attendance compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding policy interpretation and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3- 5 years of experience in a senior HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager role.
- Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) are a strong plus.
- Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry.
