- Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing key findings.
- Design and develop data models to support business decision-making processes.
- Create and maintain visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Incorta, and Informatica.
- Implement and enhance data models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Apply statistical techniques (regression, clustering, hypothesis testing) and predictive modeling to solve business problems.
- Use machine learning algorithms and other advanced analytics techniques to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Work closely with other departments (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to understand their data needs and provide actionable solutions.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the data used across the organization.
- Help maintain data quality standards and troubleshoot any data discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts, assisting in their professional growth.
- Work with the Analytics Section head directly to achieve our goals

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Informatica, Incorta, etc.).
- Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS).
- Expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, and statistical techniques.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
- Experience with Synapse Analytics.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- ERP Reporting Knowledge, such as Oracle Fusion, Dynamics CRM 365, etc.
- Experience in using Microsoft Power Platform (Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
