- Product and Service Promotion: Promote our range of products and services for the energy industry, including mechanical plugs, hot tapping and line stop equipment and services, pipes, valves, heat exchangers, separators, filters, and more.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a documented sales plan to achieve sales targets and maximize financial returns for the company.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers while building new customer relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitor intelligence and take appropriate market actions in consultation with Sales Management.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct 5-8 customer visits per week to showcase our solutions.
- Proactive Initiative: Take a proactive approach, work independently, and demonstrate initiative in identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Actively look for opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
- Green Energy Penetration: Explore opportunities to penetrate the green energy sector.
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the oil and gas industry.
- Industry Networking: Demonstrated experience and established networking within the relevant industries.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
- Education: A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required; an MBA is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in the energy sector, including green energy initiatives.
